能否忽略子目录下的文件夹 #3

比如我想忽略所有目录下名为“pycache”的文件夹而不只是根目录下的
按现在的方式的话只能扫描完在设置中一个个添加这些文件夹，然后重新扫描一遍

我觉得你可以先删除，扫描完之后再加入进去呢~

其实就是不支持写正则表达式吧

比如设置忽略的文件后，不生效
