[ENH] Add cythonrun (and other runnables) to entry points

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Is there some reason that cythonrun and other executables aren't in the entry points list?
I'm not sure if this is the cause but the NixOS cython build scripts may not be automatically picking up these executables because of this.

Get at least cythonrun in the entry points list.
