Cy 13 is not generating the JSON files per feature file

Current behavior

I am using cucumber framework with cypress 13. With following setting in package.json

cypress.config.js

I am using '@badeball/cypress-cucumber-preprocessor'

It is not generating json files in the JSON output folder.

Desired behavior

It should generate the json files per feature file in out put folder mentione

Test code to reproduce

The test runs but the output is not generated in JSON folder
