Suggestion: ability to add a note or metadata to each link for the organization

This suggestion comes from the usage of the url shortener in a relatively medium sized organization, and having the ability to mark shortened links as "owned" (not literally) by a particular group within the organization.

So like ability to add specified metadata per link of:

• "creator": 'Mohammed Ali mohammed.ali@myorg.com'
• "owner": 'John Smith john.smith@myorg.com'
• "group": 'PSJ'

using maybe json schema to specify the properties and which are required?
