Illuminator Missing

We lost iIIuminate folder in Laravel lumen framework

Upgrade from Polr 1.x to 2.x it is for accessing application. while go new installation we are missing illuminate folder and it is dependency of hedder.php, linkcontroller.php also most of the files.

so the application executing error. not found http expectation error and
not create users and users table on mysql DB.

finally application not working
