Split off #35 (comment)

Decide whether dropping the single tab of an open window into a closed window should close the open window (current behaviour) or make the closed window partly-open with only the single tab open.

When I move a single tab from an open window to a closed window, the windows keep their state, and the moved tab goes from open to closed.
The inverse is true. In both cases, the moved tab adopts the state of the destination window.

Maybe the behavior was modified since this post ?

In any case, the observed behavior seems correct.
