Include binaries for dash and webrtc SFUs #19

We need to include the binaries for evanescent and the webrtc SFU. At the very least for the production orchestrator.

I had a look at storing the binaries outside of the source tree, but it doesn't seem very easy.

For now I will just enable git-lfs and add them as gzipped-tar.
