We currently have some Python example code (somewhere in share/cwipc) but it's hard to find.

We should add Jupyter examples and C++ examples.

On Windows, the toplevel example folder should get a link in the Start Menu (Examples for Developers).
I'm not quite sure how to do this on Unix.
