We set these variables in the toplevel CMakeLists, we should make more use of them:

  • Define something like CWIPC_WITH_KINECT so scripts like cwipc_check can skip checks if they're useless
  • Have the Python installers skip kinect (and possibly realsense) if we know they don't exist
  • [ ]
