Support for Azure SQL auth with Azure AD (MFA)

Would it be possible to add support for Azure AD authentication for Azure SQL servers? Recently my company switched from usr/pwd to Azure AD authentication, and I have not been able to connect since.

Hi, sorry, I haven't noticed the notification regarding your replies.
How do I configure the connection?
I have selected the "Azure AD - Password"...
I put the tenant ID, the user name (user@domain.com) and the password.
But I don't know what to put for the Client ID, and I am not sure this would trigger an MFA flow.
