Just the possibility of setting a reference humidity sensor (as for temperature).
In this way, by exposing the virtual thermostat to google home it is possible to request: Humidity Room xxxxx
Google Home looks for the humidity parameter on the virtual thermostat exposed and now responds: "Cannot communicate with Room thermostat xxxxx"
And if I expose also "real" humidity sensor I get 2 messages: 1 for humidity sensor and 1 (cannot communicate) for Virtual thermostat

+1

Would like humidity sensor and ventilation output
i have mechanical ventilation that could be turned on to cool+lower humidity

This makes a lot of sense. It basically means to add a third operation mode (de-humidify), in addition to heating and cooling.
p.s. Maybe I did not understand the request, likely
