The Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package is no longer supported, so the original link no longer works. It can still be downloaded from Microsoft here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?source=recommendations&view=msvc-170#visual-studio-2010-vc-100-sp1-no-longer-supported
