CPU占用率高，换页卡顿 #111

使用快捷键切换上一页/下一页，会发生卡顿，大约时常3-4s。
在此期间CPU使用率上升，最高占用11.2%，然后下降回正常情况，回到正常后下一页内容显示。
刚打开软件的几次翻页不会触发，后面稳定触发。

CPU: AMD R7-4800H
OS: Windows10家庭中文版 2004
