Add Submit Donation Form + Unleak firebase

Implement the Submit Donation Form button on the Business Dashboard

The button should take them to the Donation Form page when clicked.

Task 2:
Our firebase secrets are currently leaked in the firbase auth utils file in utils. unleak the secrets by make a local copy of the file, deleting it in the repository, then adding the file to the gitignore, then re-add it to the respository.
