Integration with bCourses

We're trying Scheduler with CS70 this semester, and one of the big things that causes a lot of annoyances is the lack of student roster syncing; students have been emailing saying they do not have access to the course (it's whitelisted, and we have to manually add people to the whitelist). OkPy sections (our competitor) has syncing with bCourses rosters, which alleviates this issue.

I'm unsure of the complexity of this integration, and testing this would likely be a little bit tricky, but this would be one of the major things to add if we want courses to move over to Scheduler.
