MPC from K-lite codex freezes on any update after 11.1.0

MPC freezes and wont play videos after version 1.11.0

• Operating System: Windows 11
• Cryptomator: 1.11.0
• K-lite Codex

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download an install K-lite Codex mega pack
2. Install any version above 1.11.0
3. Play video file in Cryptomator
4. MPC will freeze and not close

Expected Behavior

To play the video normally

Actual Behavior

Freezes and crashes the mpc and cant play the video

Here is the file. I made a test vault with a test.mp4 file trying to play with mpc from k-lite codec. The vault is in the cloud, from a cloud storage provider that is mounted as a network drive, which has always worked for me and played fine up until versions after 1.11.0. It also works fine with other media players like VLC and kodi. The ones that stopped working after 1.11.0 as far as i can see is MPC and MPV.

What i did here:
Opened Cryptomator
Unlocked vault
Opened test.mp4 in MPC
Video doesnt play
Doesnt let me close MPC, its frozen and will crash
Only lets me close it if i close my cloud storage and then force close the Cryptomator vault.
