Drop zone for revealing decrypted files or folders

Summary

Allow users to reveal the decrypted file or folder by dragging its encrypted counterpart into a drop zone.

Motivation

With #2592 we have a drop zone to reveal encrypted files or folders, in addition to this it would be good to have a feature that works the other way round: Revealing the decrypted file or folder when its encrypted counterpart is dragged over this or a new drop zone.

For example, if the cloud sync tool is having problems, it would be good to know which files and folders are affected.

Good point, but I would rather use the same drop zone in a bidirectional way.
