Add ability to add translations of the course. Relevant docs: https://docusaurus.io/docs/en/site-config

Hey! So our website is built using docusaurus as a framework - This is the guide on how we could add translations: https://docusaurus.io/docs/en/translation

So, you want all courses from docs to allow translations? or just the ones in website/pages/en?
