Feature: Upload and download files from view

Views should have a button to download/upload their content as file.

Describe a concrete use case
I'm recently using cryptii to encrypt some files with AES, which works great but I can only watch the byte representation of the encrypted result. It would be nice if I could just download the encrypted result as file. At the moment I need to copy the hex representation, paste it into a hex editor and write a new file.
Also a upload button would be neat, so you could load encrypted files directly into a view.
