Provide OGC conformance definitions for "search/filter" query parameters

Description

All query parameters used on /processes and /jobs need a way to indicate that they are supported on the server:
(see table https://docs.ogc.org/DRAFTS/20-004.html#clause-record-core-query-parameters)

• q - support text search with q parameter #644
• filter - Consider filter operations with filter-lang=cql-text|cql-json using CQL2 #640
• sort
• datetime - [Feature] Support search with datetime parameter #236
• limit
• ⚠️ type - Support a query parameter for matching the process type #642 (supported, but conflicting definitions)
• ⚠️ ids - Weaver defines process with the same capability
• prop=value
  • order - order=ASC|DESC to be correctly combined with the defined sort field #643
  • version - search by version="x.y.z" #627
  • license - Search for a given license type applied in the links for a process #626
  • category - support category=application|workflow process filtering #645

  You can indicate which endpoints are instumented for catalog-like searching be including one or more links (relation: http://www.opengis.net/def/rel/ogc/1.0/ogc-catalog-local) in the landing page of the server.
