While creating a wallet, add an option for network selection

Acceptance Criteria:

Provide an option for network selection and this option should be required field
Provide an option for if the user already has a DID
If the user has DID then show the manual input box for Seed and DID. These fields should be required field.
If the user doesn't have DID then proceed with auto-generated Seed.
Implement the same option in a dedicated wallet spinup
