Problem

Duplicate files (CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, CONTRIBUTING.md) present in the repo.

Description

Removing duplicate files(CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, CONTRIBUTING.md) from the repository to ensure alignment with organizational defaults as outlined in GitHub Repo Guidelines.
