This fix appears to have corrected the problem for Zigbee devices, but I'm still seeing the issue with non-Zigbee devices such as TP-Link Kasa devices. Example, when creating a new rule with a Kasa device, you can see the a mismatch between the rule nodes and the description.

Could you test this with the latest release candidate? I don't have any TP-link devices. The problem is gone when I tested with the network presence detection addon, but I could be overlooking something.

Did you get a chance to test this? This bug has in theory been fixed quite some time ago.
