Seeking explanation of get functions

failing to understand how the following type of functions should be used with transmitter led :

 bool getPower(void) const
 uint8_t getMode(void) const;
 uint8_t getTemp(void) const;

These functions are related to Aircons, and can mainly be used to get the state of received data.

It has nothing to do with sending LED.
You should also be clear on where you found these definitions, link to the file or similar is recommended.

I am thinking if these functions can help me to get the aircon state then it would be awesome. But practically that's quite impossible still i would like to know how to use them.

These getBlah() functions require you to have the state code from a valid message for your air-conditioner, or they tell you what the current value is for a given A/C class object. E.g. IRFujitsuAC.
Such as: (code untested or compiled)

uint8_t state[] = {0xDE, 0xAD, 0xBE, 0xEF, ...};  // Value from IRrecvDumpV2 etc. (Currently a made-up example value/state)
bool filter;  // Value of the filter setting

IRFujitsuAC ac(4);  // create a new AC object that sends via GPIO 4

ac.setRaw(state);  // Load the object with a given message state.
filter = ac.getFilter();  // Get the filter value from the state code.
ac.setFilter(!filter);  // Change the filter value to be the opposite of what it currently is.
ac.send();  // send the altered message that should toggle the filter setting.
