the one in the middle of the window. It opens every time Istart typing somethin that it's in Coq docs; opening the relevant section.

Please try to reproduce the issue in emacs -Q; company-coq doesn't do that on its own AFAIK.

And what is the default behaviour for the doc buffer?
I thought this was the standard, from what I see in your answer here
