Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I have searched the existing issues

Is this feature provided in the master branch?

  • I have checked the changelog

The problem you are facing

The use snippet dialog box searches the query by string and not by word. It would be very helpful if it can search for words instead.

Describe the feature you'd like

The feature should be such that if I have some snippet named

  • Integer Functions
  • Double Functions
And if I search for functions then these two should appear and I should be able to scroll through both by down arrows.

It seems like there should be delimiters like space, brackets, commas, quotes, etc.

Describe alternatives you've considered

  • I'd like to have a try (with the help of the maintainers)
  • No, thanks
