Rename Algebra section to Number Theory

The current articles are mostly on number theory, not algebra as I understand it (either linear algebra or abstract algebra like rings, groups, etc. not needed until higher levels of CP)

I agree, especially the sections on primes that dives into smoothness of numbers is very classic number theory. It's especially confusing, when there's a dedicated subsection called, "number-theoretic functions" too...
