v2 的参数是模仿ssh的port forwarding的，看readme

还有就是你的tag 里面是2.xxx的怎么编译出来还是1.x的版本
set GO111MODULE=on
go get github.com/coyove/goflyway/cmd/goflyway@v2.0.0rc1-caddy

这个是历史原因。加了tag的，不管写的是什么版本，其实都是v1。直接从源码编译，才是v2
