Output files have column labeling and alignment issue Ver 2.5.1.0 #72

Issues Observed

PTM output file from a pSTY search (pSTY sites.txt) have columns with no labels (intensity columns) and misalignment of rows randomly throughout the page once imported into excel.
2 Peptide.txt has the same issues when imported in excel

To reproduce, import any excel file along the lines of the above

Expected behavior would be as described above.

Windows 10 Pro for Workstations

Have never had an issue with previous MQ versions, including the immediate predecessor to V2.5.1.o
