Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

A high-abundant peptide (MS2 scan number is 10818) cannod be recognized by MaxQuant,but can be recongnized by pFind and Fragpipe. However, a similar spectrum (MS2 scan number is 10031) can be recognized by MaxQuant.
