Describe the bug

When trying to start a MaxQuant search with the type set as FAIMS-Reporter-MS3 and 16plex TMT the Job starts but only generates .index file and p0, n0 empty directories. In addition it throws the Error: Parameter does not exist: Filter by PIF

Quantification method:
TMT (TMTpro16Plex) Synchronous Precursor Selection (SPS) MS3 (With real time search)

Instrumentation:
Orbitrap Eclipse 4.0 4091
Xcalibur 4.6.67.17
Faims Pro Interface (enabled)
To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load Raw Files generated with similar Quantification Method and Instrumentation outlined above.
  2. Indicate Experimental Design
  3. Set the Type Parameter to FAIMS-Reporter-MS3
  4. Add TMT Correction factors
  5. Select Fasta File
  6. Press Start
  7. See error
