bug report for MaxQuant(MaxDIA)

Describe the bug
When I used a library of *.tsv type in MaxDIA, it had an error in the step 'Generating Libraries', and then MaxQuant (v.2.4.9 and v.2.4.10) exited itself.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Type', Click on 'MaxDIA'.
2. Go to 'Library Type', Click on 'tsv'.
3. Upload tsv file(s). --I upload part of our test tsv library file in attachment.
4. upload raw file and fasta file as usual. Then click 'start'.

Expected behavior
Run as normal (as using MaxQaunt type Library), and export DIA results.

Additional context
We are not sure whether it is a bug, or it is because of our wrong operations. Thanks a lot for your check.
Lower versions (v.2.4.3 to 2.4.8) also have this occasion.
