Describe the bug
If I immedialty export a matrix after imputing and I check the box with "Write quality and imputed matrices" I get a matrix with the imputed values correctly marked with "True". However if I add some steps after the imputation and then try to export the matrix the resulting matrix will mark every value as "False" and therefore not imputed.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Load in a file with missing values
Impute the values with imputeLCMD
Normalize with Quantile normalization
Export the matrix and check the box "Write quality and imputed matrices"
Expected behavior
I expect to have the resulting exported matrix with imputed matrices to correctly mark the imputed values with a "True" affix.
