Documentation of Couchbase specific features is a bit buried

The introduction and commands talk quite a bit about the shell features and the operational features, but it actually doesn't talk much about the 'doc' or 'query' commands oddly. Both of these are mentioned in recipes and other parts, but not in the main parts.

Would recommend adding to the 1.2/1.3 sections or adding more of a discussion.
