Several 404s with default generated project

I installed couchapp 1.0 on Mac OS. I generated an app named "tutorial" and pushed it to a database of the same name. Everything's still default - I changed nothing. But when loading the index page, I get 404 error for several files:

http://localhost:5984/tutorial/_design/tutorial/vendor/couchapp/jquery.couchLogin.js
http://localhost:5984/tutorial/_design/tutorial/vendor/couchapp/jquery.couchProfile.js
http://localhost:5984/tutorial/_design/tutorial/vendor/couchapp/md5.js
http://localhost:5984/tutorial/_design/tutorial/vendor/couchapp/jquery.mustache.js

I see this is 2 years old, but it is still a problem. Is there a work around for this?
