if the user set the language in the _config.yml to any RTL languages like ar and fr
the HTML layout should automatically change the default test direction to rtl
in all pages like home,page,posts etc.

currently to lokes wrong for Arabic language

i have seen this old issue but didn't help

i just edited the HTML layout as a bad workaround
