There is a 25% discrepancy between the two codes on computing the proton synchrotron radiation. The parameters used for the blob were:
B = 10 G, R = 1e16 cm, doppler factor = 30, Gamma_bulk = 15 ( viewing angle = 0.1 degrees).

The proton distribution is an exponential cut off power law, with parameters:

norm = 12e4 cm-3, p = 2.2, gamma_cut = 2.5e9, gamma_min = 1, gamma_max = 1e20

By changing slightly the magnetic field from 10 to 12 G on AGNpy, there is almost no discrepancy.

The 25% discrepancy between the two models with the above parameters:
