Corteza js/vue packages are linked to the frontend in package.json via npm's already released packages that we provide.
Node supports relative linking of libs in the package.json as well, so we do not need to release first, then build Corteza.

Checklist:

• link js/vue packages locally (relative path)
• update release (and build if needed) process
• add make file to libs and root, with make yarn command (to be synced on)
