Change compose routes/actions to preserve record edit screen over refresh

When you go go the record edit screen, either change the route or add a query parameter to preserve the state change.
In Corteza, one of the goals was to preserve all such parameters (including filters, sorts; we haven't gotten to those yet) in the URL.
