Own Server with VPN

Is there anyway I could use my own server outside the US, set it up as an SNI and only proxy some data thru an US-VPN (the same way, as Tunlr-Clone - since it would have an US-IP) without delivering the media-stream from the CDNs?

Basically: can I simulate an US-VPS SNI with an US-VPN?

(I am assuming to know the answer, since within an VPN you don't have a public IP, but maybe someone has a creative idea...)
