Protect data with biometrics

This app contains sensitive data. We should allow the user to require a biometric confirmation to unlock the app.

We can also investigate encrypting locally stored data with a biometric.

Hi @joshua-s, if no one's working on this, I can help and prepare the flow. Will be using local_auth.

Although, what's the fallback for the flow for devices the do not support biometrics auth? At the back of my head, we should PIN or pass code. Let me know if this works for you.
