High image compression applied on a study with JPEG2000 Lossless Compression

Originally found in an implementation of the Cornerstone library, this could also be replicated in OHIF online demo. The problem is while the DICOM files have a better quality if they are viewed on another PACS viewer, the quality is much lower with Cornerstone.
