Comments in the XML file break the service executable #350

Issue:
XML comments cause the executable to stop working. The service thus will fail to start.

How To Reproduce:
Install a service, edit the generated XML file and add a comment, attempt to (re)start the service.

Expected Behavior:
The action completes successfully.

Desktop:

OS: Windows 10.
