Merge extra plugins into one repo

Given that there's only two extra plugins in https://github.com/coredhcp/plugins are there any plans to just merge those in here? I'm interested in using the netbox plugin, but there's no information about whether it still works and how to install it.

I don't think there are any such plans - they were moved to a separate repo to avoid having to track dependencies for less-used modules with more dependencies in the same go.mod as the core of coredhcp

Instructions for building with plugins are currently here: https://github.com/coredhcp/coredhcp/tree/master/cmds/coredhcp-generator#readme, but we certainly need to get that documented in the plugins repo as well

As for whether they work, there's no reason to believe they don't unless upstream has broken the API, but they certainly aren't tested as often as the core plugins
