v4 milestones

I have created this issue to discuss the list of v4 release milestones.

As discussed in Slack, the v4 release might be a minor API change and include breaking CRS compatibility changes.

• Variable names are always lowercased in collections #946 - Set feat: add support for case sensitive args #1059 as default behaviour
