broken hair sprites

Describe the bug
The sprites for these hairs do not appear:
bloom, floof, spiky, subtle spiky, tulip, visual, two bangs long, two bangs short, smooth waves, smooth waves faded, mermaid faded, long mini tail, long beard faded

I think some of them are post-resprite and others didn't get changed back correctly?

this happens on the character setup and probably affects random appearances
