Steps to reproduce

Set show_title_bar:true. Observe that pressing say Win+uparrow will maximize the window (this is standard Windows behaviour). Now set show_title_bar:false and try the same, nothing will happen.

Expected Behavior

No response

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens.
