Ubuntu 24.04 beta is not available and offers podman 4.9.3 installed by default.
Describe the solution you'd like
We should try whether we will face any issue with upgrade to the latest GHA ubuntu runner.
Ie. starting podman-desktop in e2e tests. updating podman to v5 if needed, etc.
