Bug description

When manually typing the output directory, and using a ~ to signify the home directory, the extension interprets that as a directory named ~.

It would be great if the extension could interpret a ~ as /home/<user>.

Operating system

Fedora 40

Version

next (development version)

Steps to reproduce

Install the extension, make a ISOs directory in your $HOME and try to generate any bootc artefacts where the output is ~/ISOs.
You will see a new directory called ~ in your $HOME.
