Streaming is already supported by golang's ttrpc in containerd/ttrpc#107.
The rust implementation will also follow.

changes:

Protocol modification to support Streaming.
Client modification to support Streaming.
Server modification to support Streaming.
Generator modification to support Streaming.
More unit test.
